BABY CAR BEDS (?)

Before my preemie nephews, I had never heard of baby car beds. So when my sister-in-law unloaded the little bundle from the back seat of the SUV, I could hardly believe my eyes. It was so small!

Yet my tiny 4lb nephew fit snuggly inside. It was the cutest little thing I'd ever seen. Almost like square plastic baby bath tub,lined with a pastel cushion.

My sister-in-law wasn't too thrilled with the fact that she had only been able to locate one online, but was quite satisfied with the Angel Guard Premature Baby Infant Car Seat/Bed that she'd found online.

I carried him from the SUV into the building to see his twin, who is still in ICU--not to worry, he's been removed from the respirator and will be going home soon. God answers prayer! The little infant car bed was really light and easy to handle. I was very careful to watch my step though. Once we got inside, and removed the blankets, I could see the mini carseat straps that were holding him securely in place.

That made me feel even better.
