Bible Jeopardy Game

The Bible Jeopardy Game is a fun Christian activity for groups and families.

HOW TO PLAY BIBLE JEOPARDY:

Contestants must select clues (statements) listed under categories. You can create your own game board using a chalk board, paper and easel, or bulletin board.

Also you can tape categories on the wall, but have the questions written on index cards. This works well too.

Category examples would be, like “biblical people”, “Christian Songs/Artist”, Famous Christians, etc.

Each round, the person/team chooses the category of clues they would like to answer.

Clues are written in the forms of statements or answers. However, the player must give the correct response in the form of a question.

Easy category questions can be worth fewer points, while more difficult questions would be worth 20 or 25 points.

Set a time limit for answers, i.e. 10-15 seconds.

For example: Under the category "Biblical People", you might have the statement,

"He slayed a giant with a sling shot and a smooth stone."

The contestant must answer, in the form of a question, "Who Is David."

The person or team with the highest points wins.

You could also do this in teams. Assign a team leader to answer the questions, but allow other members to offer assistance.

Remember, there are really no hard and fast rules when you're making up your own game. Just have fun and be creative!
