Prayer for employment - GREAT interviews

I desperately need help finding employment. I have been unemployed for 2.5 years now, and during this time I have conscientiously looked for work.
My unemployment benefits ran out over 6 months ago, and I have used all my resources to stay afloat. I am now on the verge of losing everything.
I apply for 10-15 jobs each week, but no luck. Some of them are jobs at the salary range I'm accustomed to, and others are way below. I want to and need to work. I am willing to do anything necessary to re-join the workforce.
I am a non-profit professional, in my mid 50s. I am single with no children, so I generate the only income. I have a Master's Degree and significant work experience.
I was employed as a Librarian and Director of Grants Management for 10 years. I also worked for at large College for 11 years, as Director of Grants and Sponsored Programs and during the same time served as Director of Alumni Affairs for 5 years.
Most recently I was the Regional Director of Workplace Initiatives at a national educational assistance organization. I also have a current Teaching Certificate (Ohio), Reading K-12. I have very strong writing and research skills.
I was hoping to find meaningful work at a mission driven organization that would allow me to make a positive difference in the lives of people, especially those in need.
Right now, as I write this, I am discouraged and disillusioned and NEED HELP FINDING WORK. I'd settle for almost anything that would generate income for me. I have also been prayerful about this, but so far no job.
I never expected it to be so hard to find work. In the past, I was recruited by my former bosses as they moved to new organizations.
Now my contacts are mostly retired or dead. And, because I've been out of the workforce for over 2 years now, I've lost track of many people. And others aren't interested in helping anyone that needs a job.
Please pray for me. I am so discouraged that it is hard for me to interview well. I feel defeated and need prayer for strength, renewed faith and blessings.

Prayer For Business

I need a prayer for the continued success of my small janitorial business. I have blocks from my family and some of the employees of my largest customer.
I have operated in truth and in the Christian spirit. I read my bible every morning and pray with out stopping. At this time by spirit is weak.
I need the strength of the lord to continue on. Please pray that I find more cleaning contracts and that the ones I have become covered with truth and understanding.
