PRAYER BEFORE MEALS

Please don't let your before-meal prayers be looooonnnggg and drawn out. More than likely, your guest or family will become irritated and the purpose of your prayer will be lost.

Though there are times when a longer, more formal prayer may be more readily accepted(Thanksgiving or Christmas), a simple prayer of thanks for the meal, the cook, and the fellowship is more than enough.
