Prayer for Our Troops
A prayer for our solidiers and their families
This is an easy game, for some. It's a Christian version of the very familiar "What's in a Name".
A PRAYER FOR OUR TROOPS
Because my brother-in-law has been deployed more than once, over the past five years, I fully understand what a family goes through during long periods of separation and war.
They and their five children are constantly in my prayers. While he is away right now, I pray for his and other soldiers safety; the family's peace of mind; and the leadership of our nations.
Thank you for praying and here is a simple prayer that you can use as well.
PRAYER
Father I thank you for the special men and women of God who bravely defend the the lives of others. I pray that the angels of the Lord are encamped about them and no harm comes near them. Thank you Lord that the enemy is confused and his plans of destruction are unsuccessful. Protect our soldiers as they sleep and guide them safely through out each day.
Bless the families of our troops. Give them the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. Provide them with every provision that they need and comfort them in times of distress. Bless our countries and their leaders. May they make wise decisions and be guided by the word of God.
