SAMPLE PRAYERS

Praying in your personal time does not have to be formal. When I pray at home, I talk to God just like I'm talking to you now.

But, when I pray in a public setting, my prayers are a bit more structured and specific.

Still, there are no "thus" and "thou" words in my prayers. I'm just not that formal.
When I pray in a public setting, The words of my prayer depend on the circumstance, or what I was asked to pray for.

For example, If I am asked to pray for the offering, I don't pray about healing the sick.

Financial Prayer:Sample prayer and plan of action for financial blessing. Confession Prayers: These are specific confessions that can be prayed for specific things such as healing, courage, strength, etc.

Prayer for Weight Loss: I was inspired to share a prayer about weight loss when a close friend confided in me about her challenge to losing weight for her health.

Prayer for Our Troops: This is timely. Our troops really need prayer. Troops in every walk of life, from every country. Millions of families need prayer for themselves and their loved ones serving in the armed forces.

Offering Prayer: A sample prayer for offering time or general money collection.

Prayer Before Meals: General prayers to say before eating a meal. Also a simple before-meal prayer for children to memorize.
