What's In A Bible Name? How many words can you find to win?

This is an easy game, for some. It's a Christian version of the very familiar "What's in a Name".

You've probably played it before, but not with Biblical Names or phrases.

HOW TO PLAY WHAT'S IN A BIBLICAL NAME

Before the party, you will need to decide what names or phrases you will use.

You can write the names/phrase at the top of a sheet of paper; on a bulletin board; or in some other visible place.

Give your guest a sheet of paper and a pencil.

Give them 2 minutes to find as many words using the letters of the name or phrase that you've written at the top of the sheet. The person who finds the most "real" words wins.

STEPS FOR PLAYING THE GAME:

1. Write "DEUTERONOMY" at the top of a sheet of paper.

2. Make enough copies of the sheet so that each guest has one.

3. Pass them out and instruct guest to find as many smaller words as they can using the letters within the word "DEUTERONOMY".

4. Call time after 2 minutes. Have everyone count up the number of words they found and write the totals at the top of the sheet.

5. Determine the winner by who has the most words.
